Google Adwords Pro For Ongoing Campaign Management

I run a digital agency in London and we are looking for a talented, hardworking contractor to be a part of our virtual/private label team. Specifically this will be running an adwords account for one client with a view to take over further adwords accounts in the near future.
I am looking for someone extremely experienced, with Google certification, very diligent about monitoring campaigns and adding in negative keywords and covering off every corner of the adwords functionality. I'm looking forward to hearing from you guys!
