Google Adwords Campaign

im looking for someone who can set up/manage a cost effective google adwords campaign.

I'd like research done on the most effective keyphrases to use and then to manage the campaign. the campaign will be aimed at local customers seeking our services in wales only. stats will be required to prove effectiveness of campaign/leads gained from it. (the business is www.sgi-privateinvestigator.co.uk)

the 2 phrases I believe id like to include are private detective Cardiff and private detective Swansea (if you consider these worthwhile) but am open to suggestions. this wont be a large campaign but will be ongoing.

please provide clear pricing structure for phrase(s) you recommend, on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, advising approx. how many clicks per day the £ quoted includes.

I already have a google +/analytics account set up.

im seeking someone with proven expertise/success in this area ONLY.

thanks for your time - ive no idea on budget so figure quoted below doesn't reflect my expectations particularly, but costs quoted will be a deciding factor in who to use, along with expertise.
