Fashion PR publicity

We're in the process of preparing to launch our fashion website. Our brand is aimed at girls in their teens and twenties

Included in our collection, we have a range of very cool T-shirts

We'd like to send 250 samples of our T-shirts to Press, Bloggers and Celebrities. Ideally we're looking for someone with their own black book of contacts

In addition to this specific job, I am looking to strike up a relationship with a PR firm for ongoing work in the future.
