Facebook advertising campaign & Google Adwords

We have a new food service we offer on our shopify website to mail out fresh pizza ingredients for an authentice tasting pizza. We are looking for help with the promotion of our new website to create leads and orders. We are thinking Facebook Ad Campaign and Google Ad words. We are a new start up company so have a low budget.
