I’m looking for someone who knows how to uncover great entry-level talent and fill the top of my hiring funnel quickly. Your core focus will be sourcing not interviewing or onboarding so you should feel at home running searches, crafting outreach messages, and building shortlists.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Source qualified entry-level candidates using LinkedIn, major job boards, and the relevant social media channels that attract fresh graduates or early-career professionals.
• Track each lead, keep notes on status, and flag promising profiles for me to review.
• Provide a concise weekly report outlining the number of prospects contacted, responses received, and recommendations for improving reach.
I’ll handle the interviews and subsequent onboarding steps once your pipeline is delivered, I simply need a steady stream of interested, pre-screened applicants who meet the basic requirements I will share after kickoff.
If you’ve previously filled junior roles and can demonstrate creative Boolean searches, strong messaging, and solid conversion rates from connection to application, I’d like to start right away.
