Direct sales to existing clients/newly generated clients

I am looking for someone to work on a freelance basis, marketing either to self-generated leads or to an existing client-base for a short-term project which requires the connection of between 20 and 50 new home-based or small/medium business clients to their own low-cost 0800 freephone number which has been proved to massively increase advertising response. Time period and exact remuneration to be discussed. Clients will be connected to major, and well-respected PLC company.
