Creation of Marketing Material and Website for Real Estate Software

We have recently acquired a Real Estate Management Software that manages rental, sales and installment management operations. The material and website need to be developed in English (both content and design)

The required marketing material are:
1- Product overview (6-8 pages brochure) - qty 1
2- Functional module leaflets (2-4 pages each) - number of modules: 6
3- Customer success story template
4- Product differentiation summary

We will provide initial content and bullet points on product features and capabilities. The bidder is expected to research similar products, conduct web sessions with our eam (max two people, two sessions each) to develop a better understanding, complete the creative writing required, and develop the graphics design.
