Our emu balm is used as a natural pain relief alternative, many of our customers to assist with the symptoms of Arthritis, back pain, sports injuries etc. We have produced our balm in a sachet which will be sent out attached to a flyer. We need to produce a sales/ information letter to encourage customers to use the sachet and then once they have felt the benefit purchase from the website.
