Copywriter needed - assistance with media pack (sponsorship sales) for exhibition

We are a event production company and are running a new exhibition next year for which we need sponsors and exhibitors. As such we are producing a 6 page roll fold sales brochure to send to companies to sponsor and exhibit at a large exhibition. It will be broken down into various sections:
1) Scope of the event / format / speakers
2) Profile of attendees - who /how many / why attend...
3) Opportunities available - exhibiting
4) Opportunities available - sponsoring
5) Rate card
No design work required just gorgeous copy that will inspire people to part with cash! I have a copy of another sales brochure that I would like to emulate.
Sorry not a huge budget on this one but if this project works well, we will be able to get the successful freelancer involved with the rest of the event and other clients.
