Appointment setting Needed

I run an educational company offering training courses for young people who are at risk of being excluded from school education.

I need someone to untake cold calls to education authorities and secondary schools in order to secure appointments which I would then attend to convince schools to send young people to sign up for our course. I would need to be kept informed of progress and leads and be given names of key contact people so that we could then attend the appointment and showcase our product.
