Adwords help required

My sector is wholesale greeting cards. I had a company manage my adwords for 6 months, they improved the campaign but were expensive. I have noticed that other companies are now showing in the paid ads where mine were, so I assume my ads are not showing as often.

I would like someone to initially revise my campaign to get me back up in the paid results, and then to pro-actively keep them there, working on the account on a regular basis, eg an hour a week or whatever is required.
