Adoption Profile Book

This may be a long shot, but I'm looking for help creating an adoption profile book. My husband and I want to adopt a baby and the adoption agency requires that we make a book about ourselves. We would need several copies (5-10 softcover) of the book and also a pdf version. I will provide you with all of the pictures and the verbiage to add.. I'm just having trouble finding the time to put it together myself. I tried using Mixbook to no avail..
