This position is responsible for assisting the Marketing Project Manager in managing all digital and online campaigns.
1. Occasionally client and supplier phone calls and email as required.
2. Research new software as necessary
3. Check workflows to make sure all deadlines are adhere to
4. Liaison with suppliers and freelancers
5. Monitor campaigns to ensure critical paths are avoided
6. Helping with the maintenance of project management systems
7. Online Housekeeping
Role may evolve (and hourly rate would reflect this) to include other creative and marketing based activities so the idea candidate should be flexible and keen to add other administrative and marketing aspects to role but initially the role is to just support the Project Manager with overflow.
A good understanding of social media and email campaigns as well as a grasp of most online digital channels is desirable.
