I am seeking a skilled freelancer to carry out competitor research through mystery shopping phone calls to home health care businesses based in the South West of England.

Project Scope:
I will provide a list of competitor businesses, including names and contact details.
Please quote for researching six businesses
Using a fixed customer scenario (to be provided), you will contact each business by phone, posing as a genuine customer.
Your aim will be to gather key information including:
- Pricing and cost structures
- Minimum charges or care hours
- Availability and service offering
- General customer service experience

Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, natural phone manner
Ability to sound convincing and ask the right questions without raising suspicion
A detailed, analytical approach to recording and comparing the information gathered
Experience with mystery shopping, sales, customer service, or similar roles would be beneficial

Deliverables:
A short written summary for each call, including the key details captured
A comparative analysis across all providers contacted, highlighting patterns, differences, and competitive positioning

Additional Notes:
All calls must be made during UK business hours
Fluency in English and understanding of British culture and communication style is essential
