Marketing Assistant needed for email and website updates

We are a non-profit organization looking for an aggressive marketer to help spread the word about our webinars and programs. We host numerous webinars per month and need support getting the word out about them.
We are looking for someone to:
>Develop Canva "ads" for webinars and programs - before and after staging
>Populate marketing emails and send weekly marketing emails to promote them
>Populate a monthly Linkedin newsletter with our upcoming webinars
>Market programs on Facebook/Meta, Linkedin - through our sites and the Executive Editor's page
>Update our websites with the latest programming and add books or other resources on the site
>Get zoom backgrounds for our programs from our designer
>Assure our webinars are in the right order on the website by date
>Send confirmation and zoom links to participants
>Send confirmation and zoom link to presenters
>Add events to Executive Editor's calendar

If you have experience with these programs -- or even if you don't -- we'd love to hear from you. Necessary skills include: excellent grammar, ability to meet deadlines, self-starter, not shy to ask questions or ask for help.
