Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Schedule and post content on Facebook and Instagram based on the content provided.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries ensuring the messaging aligns with Andaaz’s tone and vision.
Run targeted advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) with a focus on ROI.

Patron Outreach
Send email campaigns to existing patrons promoting lunch/brunch and other offers.
Manage SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, ensuring the messaging aligns with Andaaz’s tone and vision.
Segment customer lists to send personalized and effective communications.

Advertising & Analytics
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, optimizing for conversions and ROI.
Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.

Leverage platforms like TripAdvisor and Google Reviews to encourage positive feedback.
