Hello, we are an event organiser seeking an admin-focused freelancer to support our outreach campaigns for events taking place in September and October.
Role:
You will be working directly in the owner’s LinkedIn Sales Navigator account to identify and message selected contacts about our upcoming events. You will also track responses and manage follow-ups through HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
Send tailored LinkedIn messages to a pre-defined contact list
Manage and track replies, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
Log and update contact activity in HubSpot
Provide regular updates on progress and results
Skills Required:
Excellent attention to detail
Strong ability to follow up on enquiries methodically
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with HubSpot CRM
Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently
