I am looking for admin. assistance in Conference Planning

I'm looking for some regular assistance with event planning in the B2B sector, UK utilities sector. In the first instance, compiling a comprehensive spreadsheet with various categories based on basic information that I will supply.
This is not a research job.
It needs someone very focused with a lot of experience of planning conference attendance for B2B executives in my company.
