Blue Ocean Team Events have been trading for over 16 years. Through this time we have developed an excellent reputation, with countless corporate testimonials and over 600+ five star reviews on Tripadvisor.

We offer a range of exciting & interactive Indoor, Outdoor & Evening Activities UK wide.

Historically all of our events have been exclusive i.e. where companies approach us to run exclusive activities for their organisation. For 2025 we intend to run non exclusive- open events, where individuals or organisations can take part and compete against each other.

This will include our Game Show event, X-Prize competition and many more.

The ideal person will have experience in promotion and organisation of similar events and therefore should be experienced in most of the following

· EventBrite
· eMail campaigns
· Marketing/ Sales
· Business Development/ CRM
· Proven experience of working to targets
· Reporting & Analytics

Based in Cardiff we would prefer to work with somebody local to meet up on a regular basis, but will consider remote workers.

We are looking for somebody with an entrepreneurial mindset, ideally experience in running your own business.

Although this is a paid position the role will be initially on a self employed, project basis with hours to suit and we will also be offering a generous uncapped commission based on results.
