We are a busy retail business with an active presence on social media, and we're looking for a reliable freelancer to help us translate our weekly social media content into engaging email campaigns on Square Marketing.
We have a list of approximately 2,000+ customers, and our goal is to send one email per week that highlights recent posts, promotions, and key messaging to drive foot traffic and strengthen our brand presence.
Scope of Work:
* Create and design a weekly email campaign using our email software (admin access provided)
* Repurpose content (images, videos, captions) from our social media posts into a well-formatted, mobile-friendly email
* Include short, persuasive copy that reflects our brand voice
* Add links or call-to-action buttons that encourage in-store visits or engagement
* Deliver the final version by an agreed-upon weekly deadline
We’ll Provide Admin access to our email platform & Full access to all our social media content each week (photos, videos, captions, etc.)
Brand guidelines or previous emails for inspiration (if needed)
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Has experience writing email marketing content for retail or e-commerce
* Understands how to format for readability and conversion
* Is comfortable working with Square Marketing / It's a simple interface
* Has a good sense of design and visual flow
* Can commit to a consistent weekly turnaround
