Web hosting client portfilio acquisition

I have £250 waiting for the person who can find the web developer or digital marketing agent (or anyone else who hosts a website and charges their client for it) who is motivated to sell their portfolio.

I run a hosting business and portfolio acquisitions is one way in which I find new customers. I'm trying to build a team of dedicated head hunters who can find a business with a portfolio of clients, connect with that business and buy the portfolio on behalf of my brand.

Email marketing
Cold calling
Interacting on reddit and FB gorups
Attending networking events

...If you can position yourself in and around web developers and marketing agents then you can offer them a sum of my funds in exchange for their portfolio of hosted websites.

They must be hosting websites for at least 10 clients
The clients bust be reliable (Paid invoices on time dating back at least 3 years)
The websites must not be Wix, Squarespace, Shoppify or any other wibsite built on a website. Wordpress websites are ideal.
The clients must each be paying a hosting fee of at least £120 per year

£250 will be paid to you once a contract has been made with the current hosting provider and they've agreed to assist me with migrating the websites to my server. I can't give training but I can give you advice, guidance and the magic word: watermelon.

It'll begin with a chat between us over google meets. I can give you an email address and some web space of your own (you might want to use my server to host your own web page or sales funnel) and I'll also give you some brand assets (as everything you do will be part of my brand). Once I've agreed to work with you, I'll accept your proposal, pay the £250 into PPH and it'll be released to you once a contract has been made.
