Project brief (must):

Each contact must include:

Verification requirements (non‑negotiable):

Manual LinkedIn check to confirm profile activity and correct role
Email deliverability proof via SMTP ping + NeverBounce/ZeroBounce/Apollo (attach screenshots)
Mark any replaced rows in the CSV with a “Replaced” column
Rework or proportional refund if >10% of delivered contacts are invalid
Delivery & samples:

Delivery time: 48–72 hours after agreement
Provide 2 anonymized sample rows (emails hidden) plus verification screenshots BEFORE work starts
