Telecaller/ Business Development Manager for REPLYfairy

Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments
Engage with potential customers confidently, clearly explaining our services and value propositions in English
Maintain detailed records of all interactions within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and convert prospects into loyal clients
Update and manage client information accurately within CRM systems to ensure seamless communication flow
Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or business development roles preferred
Strong communication skills in English
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer data and tracking sales activities
Excellent verbal skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport quickly over the phone
Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet targets consistently
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in recording interactions and follow-ups
