Social Media Content Creator

I need a designer who knows how to create engaging video and image content for us to post on Facebook and Instagram to promote a new product we are launching.

We have a long list of "hooks" and content we can create, but we need someone who knows how to film and edit the ideas we have so they can be shared and look professional and be engaging.
