We're AI Realty (https://airealty.global/) — a SaaS platform that lets real estate agents launch AI-powered ads on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook in under 2 minutes. We serve agents across Europe, the US and beyond.

We're looking for an experienced SEO strategist to help us grow organic international traffic and visibility, including in AI-powered search (GEO — Generative Engine Optimisation).

What we need:
• Deep audit of our current SEO baseline
• International keyword research (EN primary, other languages a plus)
• Competitive landscape analysis
• Full SEO strategy with prioritised action roadmap
• GEO recommendations — how to appear in AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT, etc.
• Technical SEO checklist for our dev team

Bonus: if you can also execute (on-page, link building, content briefs), we'd love to work with you long-term.
