This upcoming recruitment firm seeks an experienced sales and marketing expert to help build out its revenue pipeline and digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling recruiting and staffing solutions to businesses. They should understand the recruitment process from an employer's perspective and be able to speak to the value these services provide. The selected freelancer will be tasked with prospecting new leads and clients to generate business for the startup agency.
In addition to sales duties, the role also requires marketing skills to promote the brand online. They are expected to devise strategies to boost the new website's search engine visibility within the industry niche. Strong Google skills are preferred to compete for top rankings organically. The freelancer's digital marketing efforts will aim to establish the agency as an authority in the recruiting space and drive more candidate and job leads. Their expertise optimizing sites for search will be instrumental as the company expands its online presence.
The ideal fit has several years experience either selling recruitment solutions directly or managing business development/sales teams. Candidate must be a self-starter who thrives on reaching new prospects and closing deals. Experience marketing staffing/recruiting businesses is a plus.
