Online Marketing to Promote Jobs and Marketing Strategy Refresh

I run a business where our primary offering is promote jobs and opportunities that companies post on our page. Promotion is usually done through LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and a monthly newsletter. We completely had a refresh of our social media strategy at the beginning of February. Unfortunately, our current freelancer has other priorities and is not able to continue from June 1st. We would like a continuation of the work. All styles, formats, templates would be provided. The key thing here is relevant continuous content creation. The scope as a minimum is the following:
- 7 social media posts per week
- Graphic design for images
- Hashtag research
- Monthly jobs newsletters and quarterly company newsletters
- Instagram ORGANIC growth & engagement (∼250-300 new followers per month and increase in engagement)
- Monthly report and metrics on social media engagement
- Ad hoc reports on job post performance, as and when requested by clients

The business is a non-profit organisation with the mission to encourage ethnic minorities into STEM subjects.
