I'm having trouble with my meta ads manager.
I'm trying to set up a pixel so that I can track ticket sales (I run a band), but when I try and add my band page to my business portfolio, it tells me to go into the page and authorise the addition. However there's nowhere for me to go in my page to accept the request, so I'm unable to add the page to the portfolio. There are no notifications or alerts in the "request" tab. I received an email from meta saying that the request had been made, but none of the links worked. Have you heard of this before/do you know how I can fix this so I can start using my pixel?

    To resolve your Meta Business Portfolio and pixel setup issue, I need a few key details:

    Page Ownership
    Are you the original creator of the Facebook Page, or was it created by someone else (e.g. a band member or manager)?
    Admin Access
    Do you have Full Control admin rights when viewing the Page directly? Can you access Settings on the Page?
    Approval Path
    Have you checked for the approval request in Meta Business Suite → Settings → Requests → Other Requests → Approval Review?
    Pixel Setup Stage
    Have you already created a Meta Pixel in Events Manager, or are you stuck at the initial setup?
    Email & 2FA
    Is your business email confirmed in the Business Portfolio, and do you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled?
