Key Responsibilities:
Marketing

* Experience in utilising Hubspot as a CRM tool using their marketing package.
* Digital marketing expertise, including LinkedIn to enhance HDs' visibility and client engagement.
* Blog writing experience to a high standard

* E shot writing to a high standard
* Effective Marketing Planning
* Identifying and connecting with the right contacts.
* Utilising various methods including LinkedIn, websites, conferences, etc.
* Working remotely: Our team operates remotely, using slack and hubspot.





Key Responsibilities:

Operations

* Team leadership /inspiring teams to achieve company goals and objectives,
* Experience to foster a positive and productive work environment
* Continuous process evaluation and optimisation, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
* Resource allocation
* Quality control
* Strategic planning; developing and executing operational strategies, resulting in sustained growth.
* Compliance: knowledge of all relevant U.K. laws and regulations.
* Performance Metrics: developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements.
*Tech: Proficiency in using Hubspot as a CRM tool to enhance operations.


Qualifications/Experience:
* Extensive experience in Marketing and Ops Management
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Proficiency in scheduling software and tools ideally Hubspot
* Enthusiasm and adaptability
* Maintaining a high level of motivation.
