Marketing an online course - to help house builders

Hello,

I have created an online course to help people considering to build their own home or renovate a building. Many videos and worksheets will help guide clients on choosing the site, setting parameters for their build, budgeting for the project, designig the house, chossing the right team, etc. Having built home for myself the last 15 years I wanted to share the things I have learnt with embarking on the same journey.

My ideal client is a young couple, interested to build a home or renovate a building for themselves, but who are overwhelmed about the next steps to take. This course would be perfect for helping understand how to proceed, and give them more confidence how to navigate the process.

2 courses are created, for €40 and for €90, plus a 1 on 1 video call for €90.

I have started making youtube video content (only 3 so far) giving advice and going through old projects. I have dabbled in fb ads to circulate the course.

I also bought 2 email lists from fiverr, and started a cold email campaign, which has so far not given any real leads

Sales have been minimal. So I am looking for someone to help market the course, and bring in potential clients.

I have just got a domain name, for the email address, but so far no website. I have been using mastermind.com to setup the courses. But will eventually want to have it on my own website once I see a few sales come in.

I am new to this, so I look forward to your suggestions on how you could move this forward.
