We're looking for a sharp, persuasive, and strategic LinkedIn Outreach Specialist & Coach to join our team. Your primary mission: generate qualified leads via smart, human-first outreach—and help others do the same. You'll be both a practitioner and a mentor, refining messaging, running campaigns, and coaching team members or clients on how to master the LinkedIn platform for B2B growth.
Key Responsibilities
Craft and execute highly personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Build and optimize connection request sequences, follow-ups, and message templates
Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automation platforms (e.g., Expandi, Waalaxy), and CRMs to manage outreach efficiently
Analyze campaign performance and iterate on strategy for continuous improvement
Coach junior team members or clients on best practices, mindset, and techniques for effective outreach
Stay current with LinkedIn algorithm changes, messaging trends, and outreach innovations
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation (especially in B2B or high-ticket services)
Understand the psychology of cold messaging and know how to write messages that convert
Have coached others on outreach or sales (formally or informally)
Are tech-savvy and comfortable using outreach tools, CRMs, and tracking dashboards
Thrive in a performance-driven, autonomous work environment
Can balance direct response instincts with brand tone and integrity
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience closing deals from LinkedIn conversations
Have worked with coaches, consultants, or SaaS companies
Are familiar with cold email as a complementary channel
