I need someone to design a flyer for my website, votria.co.uk

The idea is that I'll be sending out invitation letters to my first batch of users

The invitation letters are quite sparse, and only outline how to activate their account, e.g. scanning a QR code or entering a passphrase on the site

So, to accompany this letter, I want to have an A5 flyer that advertises briefly what votria is and how it works.

The website (votria.co.uk) has a some details/marketing about what the app is; but to be clear:

- Votria is a web app for shareholders and directors of property management companies
- At a basic level, it connects the shareholders and directors of a particular property management company, giving them a private and secure online platform where they can communicate
- Votria premium is an optional paid service which unlocks features like an anonymous complaints portal, general meeting agenda management, case updates, and access to company finances
- In terms of colours, the "primary" color of the branding is #ff5e00
