I need a Creative Uk-based Virtual Assistant

Creative Virtual Assistant ( Music, Theatre & Film, Coaching and Psychology) - 5 hrs/week, £8/hr

I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented freelance virtual assistant to help me manage and grow my creative and professional activities across music, theatre, and coaching.

Tasks include:
• Promoting my teaching and coaching services online and helping to book clients
• Tracking my creative projects (music releases to playlist curators, submissions to festivals, social media weekly releases, etc.)
• Expanding my LinkedIn network around my research specialism (psychology and neurodivergence)
• Researching and drafting small grant applications
• Submitting me for theatre and film opportunities

You are:
• Organised, fast, and great at follow-up
• Interested in the arts, music, or creative industries (UK-based knowledge preferred)
• Strong communicator with flair for written English
• Excited to grow with a creative professional, not just execute tasks

Details:
• Freelance contract- you set your own hours and invoice via PeoplePerHour
• 5 hours per week to start (£8/hr = £40/week)
• Initial 4–6 week trial, with the expectation of more hours and higher rate as projects expand
• Flexible working - ideal for a creative admin, arts student, or freelancer building experience

My last VA now works full-time at one of the world’s leading dance institutions, so I’m hoping to find another brilliant multitasker who would enjoy supporting a busy creative career while developing their own skills and network.
