Finding & Verifying Contacts for U.S. Commercial Property Owners

We will provide you with a list of U.S. commercial real estate websites. You must find and verify the real owner’s name (individual) and one direct contact number (mobile or direct line) — not a general office number. The work starts with a test of 5 verified leads.

For each property, we need: the full name of the owner or the acquisition manager, and the phone number and email of one of these two.

First, a trial test of 5 samples will be given to you; if the quality is acceptable, we will continue.

We have our own web scraping expertise, but these details are usually not available in public sources. Please note that you are expected to provide us with the phone number and email of a commercial property owner whose asset is worth tens of millions of dollars. Therefore, if you have expertise in this area, please submit your proposals along with your price per lead.

Please note that our preference is to receive the commercial property owner’s information; however, as an alternative, we also accept the acquisition manager. Also note that these phone numbers and emails must be verified by us, and it must be clear to us that they truly belong to the owner or the acquisition manager of that commercial property.

You must include your approximate pricing with each proposal.

We need about 10,000-30,000 leads.
