The document currently includes:
Marketing strategy outline
Persona mapping & funnel stages
Marketing processes & nurturing campaigns
Content planning (12/4/3 method, video content strategy)
Platform mapping & social media strategy
What I need now is someone who can:
Review the current structure and polish the language so it’s clear, professional, and actionable.
Expand on gaps such as persona pain points, lead capture processes, referral strategies, and retention tactics.
Apply the Realise → Retain → Refer methodology to tie the marketing and sales strategy together.
Add frameworks, exercises, and templates (e.g. persona worksheets, retention plans, referral campaign frameworks) so the document becomes a practical playbook, not just a plan.
Suggest improvements to make it more execution-ready, with measurable outcomes.
Ideal consultant profile:
