Project Title:
Email Marketing Expert Needed for Book Launch Campaign (Immediate Start, UK)
Overview:
I am launching a new health book in early October and need an experienced email marketing specialist to help me manage and grow my email lists, set up automation sequences, and increase engagement. The project requires immediate availability as timelines are tight.
Key Tasks:
1. Email list management & segmentation
o Clean and segment existing lists (~1,300 collected via free eBook, plus older lists).
o Identify and re-engage inactive subscribers.
o Consolidate subscribers from multiple websites into one central list.
2. Automation & campaigns
o Create a re-engagement campaign with a free eBook incentive.
o Build a welcome/nurture sequence for new subscribers.
o Set up automations in Mailchimp (or advise on a better platform).
3. Growth & conversions
o Help expand the mailing list ahead of launch.
o Increase conversions into the Book Launch Community list.
o Provide strategies to boost pre-orders and book sales.
Deliverables (August–October 2025):
• Segmented, cleaned email list.
• Automated re-engagement campaign (3–4 emails).
• Welcome/nurture series (3–5 emails).
• Pre-launch and launch email campaign plan.
• Ongoing guidance on optimisation and conversion.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Mailchimp (certification preferred).
• Strong copywriting and automation skills.
• Experience with book launches, publishing, or online product launches is a plus.
• Ability to start immediately and commit through October.
• UK-based preferred (for time zone and cultural alignment).
