Create video for marketing purposes

Hi Guys
I own a family run Horse drawn Carriage business supply our beautiful horses and carriages for weddings and proms etc I'm good with Horses but not so good with a computer, I am looking for someone that could create a video from pictures or video that i currently have to promote the Funeral side of the business. In the UK the Funeral Business is a bit of a closed shop but once your in with the company they tend to keep you. The video would need to background music and wording whilst displaying the video i hope this make sense
