Cold calling gp surgeries

i'm a remote session telephone GP , who is looking for my services to be marketed to gp surgeries nationwide .
I would need the person chosen for this task to develop leads of gp surgeries anywhere in England that were interested in using my services - both by speaking to and emailing practice managers and gp partners .
The practices to be focussed on will be surgeries that has 1 or 2 GPs and use EMIS EMR as their consulting software .
Task 1
A list of these gp surgeries throughout England will need to be developed for me ,
Task 2
Make contact with these surgeries and speak to the GP Partner or Practice Manager - giving a strong sale pitch of why to use my services - send details of initial response
Task 3
Book sessions with surgeries that have agreed to go ahead with the service
