THIS IS AN ONSITE JOB, REMOTE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
We are looking to hire a Male/Female (Skilled Business Development Executive) with proven experience in generating leads and sales for IT services. The ideal candidate should bear diversified experience in generating sales from different channels such as Upwork, Fiverr, local & international tendering, LinkedIn, etc. This role is strictly target-based, and will be highly lucrative for the right candidate with abilities to perform below JD.
Excellent Basic Salary + Commission on achievable targets. Bonuses will also be complimented for extraordinary performance and achieving targets beyond expectations. This is a sales target-based job, so only experienced candidates are requested to apply.
The ideal candidate should be responsible for:
- Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, Guru, PeoplePerHour).
- Approaching businesses and generating leads through Google My Business, LinkedIn, Remote Jobs, etc within US, Canada, UK & UAE.
- Acquiring business through outbound calling & email campaigns.
- Checking and submitting domestic as well as international tenders for Back Office Support or Remote IT services.
- Prior proven experience in bidding with a grip on any online freelancing platform is a must.
- Quality project selection and bidding; not just submitting canned proposals.
- Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
- Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with clients, and closure.
- Gather client requirements, and communicate the requirements with the team.
- Talking on the phone, chatting applications, and Skype depending on the requirement from the client(s).
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s) and keep strong follow-up.
- Experience with interacting with clients in US/UK/Canada/UAE is a must.
- Convert the leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate data on a regular basis.
- Focused on customer satisfaction and ensure to resolve all requests & inquiries vigilantly.
