Shopify Branding

I need someone to create my shopify store and branding. The logo is finalised but need someone who can take this and create an impactful store using a basic template. This will include some artwork for banners for homepage and create artwork for the categories. I don't need assistance with the settings for the website, strictly branding, artwork and product page design.

The store is pet/dog supplies. Please use the word 'dog' in your proposal to weed out the auto-generated ones.
