Re design my brand

I’m looking for a person or company who can help with branding/identity and packaging for our business based in Oslo, Norway with sales potentially extending beyond to neighbouring northern European countries.
My company is relocating to Oslo, Norway and our aim is to be recognized in Norway and northern Europe through a variety of channels including an online shop via our website, and other specific online platforms and directly to suitable outlets.
The company has a logo and until now has used a light palette of colours (pink, green and grey) and a minimalist layout on simple paper packaging reflecting its commitment to sustainability and appealing to a more environmentally aware audience. For the next step, becoming established in Norway and online in northern Europe, we need to review and make the necessary changes to ensure our brand is appealing to the European market and makes a positive impression.
We are interested in exploring a wider colour range and a more upmarket identity layout for our packaging, social media and potentially our website.
As a company committed to sustainability, we are particularly interested in sourcing responsible plastic-free packaging and in encouraging minimal waste.
Our target physical sales outlets include artisan shops and cafes, outdoor and indoor sports and fitness facilities and supermarkets.
Packaging is required for: bags of granola (volumes to be confirmed), bags of single or multiple energy balls, and labels/stickers for jars of nut butter. Branding and identity should carry forward to our website and social media presence.
