Creative Assistant – Short-Form Content & Artist Branding (Music Industry)

I’m looking for a creative who actually understands short-form content, branding, and artists.
If you rely on generic ChatGPT responses or don’t understand culture, this isn’t for you.

You must already have:
• Creative experience (content, branding, music, social media, visuals, etc.)
• A real understanding of Instagram & TikTok short-form
• An understanding of branding for people / artists (image, tone, positioning)

What you’ll be doing:
• Researching short-form content that’s currently working on IG & TikTok
• Saving examples and breaking down why they work
• Turning artist + song info into content ideas artists can actually film
• Working from branding & content templates I already use
• Watching branding insight videos I provide and applying them properly
• Using prompts creatively (you’ll get ChatGPT workspace access — but creativity is on you)

Non-negotiables:
• You think for yourself
• You understand branding beyond “just posting”
• You have a strong eye for detail and quality
• You write clearly and creatively — not stiff, not corporate

This is NOT for you if:
• You copy-paste ChatGPT answers
• You don’t understand artists or culture
• You need step-by-step hand-holding
• You write generic or overly formal content

Workload:
• Multiple artists per week (up to ~10). You need to adapt fast.

Unpaid Trial Test (Required):
Shortlisted applicants will be asked to:
• Review 2–3 short-form examples currently working on IG/TikTok
• Break down why they work
• Create 3 content ideas for a provided artist + song

This is a one-off unpaid test to assess creative thinking and branding understanding.

• Share any relevant examples (if you have them)
