Microsoft PowerPoint Theme - Expert Support Needed

What I have already: A fully designed set of Master Slides with fonts and colour themes selected.
The issue: When I send it to other people or others open it in DropBox it does not retain the colours.
What I need: Someone who can take this ppt and make sure the theme is set in stone and also do a few minor tweaks to the order and naming in the master slides view.

I do not need any re-designing or changes to design this is purely a packaging up job with a bit of organising.

I could really do with it in the next few hours if possible.
