I need a logo created for an award we won.

Hi there :)

I need a logo created for an award we recently won. I have attached a picture of the award and all I need is the picture turned into two different logos which can easily be attached to an email signature. The first logo would need to be a EPS format (no background - please see image 2) and the second logo would need to be the same except with white coloured text and no background (that we can put against a different colour background e.g. on our website). The Logo should look very similar to Image 2 (the one not in a frame) and instead of saying Top Recognition should say Winner, GP Specialising in Impact Investing Strategies. Where it says Excellence in ESG 2022 can you please change it to Excellence in ESG 2023?
