Event Assistant Needed ACC 2026 Cebu Philippines (Sept 7–11)

Acepeak is proud to attend ACC 2026, one of Asia’s leading telecom and ICT events, bringing together wholesale carriers, operators, and connectivity leaders from across the region.

As we head to Cebu, Philippines, to connect, collaborate, and explore new partnership opportunities across Asia-Pacific and beyond, we are looking for a reliable, locally based freelance event assistant to support us on-site.

Event Dates: September 7–11, 2026
Venue: Shangri-La Mactan Cebu

Your role will focus on event marketing and networking support. You will represent Acepeak on the exhibition floor by greeting delegates, introducing our services, distributing marketing materials, and encouraging meaningful conversations that can turn into qualified business leads.

This is a client-facing role, so strong English communication skills, confidence in approaching professionals, and a polished, professional presence are essential. You should be proactive, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international event environment.

Responsibilities:
• Represent Acepeak during ACC 2026 and engage with event attendees
• Promote our services and direct traffic to our meetings/booth
• Assist with lead generation by capturing key contact details and insights
• Provide daily summaries of conversations, leads, and opportunities

Requirements:
• Must be based in the Philippines
• Available on-site for the full event duration (September 7–11, 2026)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and punctuality
• Previous experience in events, sales, or marketing is a plus
