I will be attending WWC 2026 in Madrid and am looking for a reliable local partner to represent our company on-site while I manage scheduled meetings. The primary responsibility is to act as the public face of our brand and ensure a strong, professional, and engaging presence throughout the event.
The focus of this role is brand representation and event marketing. All messaging, talking points, and visual assets will be provided in advance. You will be responsible for bringing the brand to life on the ground welcoming visitors at the booth, supporting conversations with potential clients, assisting with VIP interactions, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all attendees.
Creativity is welcome, especially in enhancing engagement through small activations, photo opportunities, or social media moments that increase visibility and impact.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Prior experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or tech conferences will be highly valued. You should be confident, well-presented, punctual, and comfortable engaging with high-level professionals.
Availability for a short pre-event briefing call is required.

Responsibilities:
Attend the event on all scheduled days
Represent the company in a professional and confident manner
Engage with attendees and support networking opportunities
Meet and interact with potential clients and industry contacts
Collect leads, business cards, and key discussion notes
Provide daily updates including messages, photos, and summaries
Assist in maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence
Deliverables:
Full on-site presence during all event days (16–18 Sept 2026)
Active engagement with visitors and booth traffic support
End-of-day summaries of leads, conversations, and key outcomes
Post-event recap highlighting opportunities and follow-ups
We are looking for someone who is proactive, polished, and confident in a fast-paced international environment. If you enjoy representing brands and engaging with global audiences, we would be glad to connect.
