Collateral development for rebrand

Hello,

My company is currently undergoing a rebrand. We already have the branding but I am looking for a freelancer to support us on the development of the following:

Creation of a new brand logo
Development of marketing collateral (PowerPoint decks, sales decks, email signatures, and other relevant materials) Social media asset templates
Guidance on a new image library (where to source high-quality imagery)
Development of a brand guidelines booklet (I will particularly favor people who have previous experience with this and can provide examples)

I am particularly keen to work with someone on an ongoing basis and who might be able to assist with additional collateral in the future including:
- Gifs
- Animation/ Video
