Changing the branding.

I am seeking someone to edit one PDF document for me. We want only the logo changed and some sections added to the form. The document needs to be fillable so people can type into it and save their answers. This is a quick turnaround and needs to be completed by tomorrow.

The sections added to the form are:

Domicile
Nationality
Residency
National Insurance Number - This should be added on the first page of the document.

Other assets
Savings accounts (including name of provider)
Credit cards
Loans
Short (3 years), medium (3-10 years) and long-term goals (10+ years)

Communication preferences
ESG preferences
Allowances
iProtection - Once the job is accepted, I can send you the question we want added, as I can't attach them.
