Branding for eCommerce and Social

I am in the beginning stages of re-branding my small business for selling Art Prints.

Please respond with a description of what services you would be offering and what it would be worth for you to do your specific project, as a final price. (I don't like change orders.)

I can spot generic templates and copy/paste work.
What I'm looking for is an experienced pro at a reasonable amount. Overcharging a client is unprofessional. (Except when it's not :)

Also, because I spend most of the day running this business and am likely in a different time zone, my response time will vary, but I will try and get back to you within 1-6 hrs.
