Branded Microsoft Office Docs and Logo design

I need someone to create a solid brand for my business, I have a brand board with Fonts styles and colour palettes, iconography and a sample logos but i don't love it so go crazy with new suggestions.

Graphic designer is needed to provide:
1. A few new ideas for a professional Logo - 4 concepts to choose from
2. Branded word, powerpoints and excel templates
- these need to include heading formats that can be uploaded and preloaded to any machine that uses the templates
- need to include a letter head
- a document - with tables, charts etc designed
- powerpoint presentation with multiple version of slide formats including iconography, charts, tables, heading styles etc

Look and feel of the company is:
- new, fresh, challengers to the boring and outdated real estate industry.
- we are dynamic and use simple language to be relatable
- we are lively and bold
- friendly and welcoming
- we want our brand to be memorable and provocative
- but remain clean, classy and professional
